Część dostawców może przetwarzać dane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym (np. w USA), na podstawie standardowych mechanizmów ochrony (standardowe klauzule umowne / Data Privacy Framework).
Jeśli połączysz swój darmowy org Salesforce Developer, przechowujemy tokeny umożliwiające weryfikację zadań. Tokeny te nigdy nie są pokazywane w przeglądarce ani nikomu udostępniane. Możesz w każdej chwili rozłączyć org w ustawieniach gry — usuwa to zapisane tokeny. Zalecamy łączenie wyłącznie darmowego orgu Developer z danymi testowymi, nigdy orgu produkcyjnego.
Masz prawo do: dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych, sprzeciwu oraz cofnięcia zgody (np. na połączenie z Salesforce) w dowolnym momencie. Aplikacja używa technicznie niezbędnego przechowywania w przeglądarce (localStorage do zapisu postępu i sesji). Analityka Plausible nie używa cookies i nie śledzi Cię między stronami.
Gra nie jest skierowana do dzieci poniżej 16 lat. Poniżej tego wieku korzystaj z gry wyłącznie za zgodą rodzica/opiekuna.
Możemy aktualizować tę politykę. O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy w aplikacji lub mailowo.

We do not collect special-category data and do not profile you for advertising. We do not sell your data.
We use trusted processors acting on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, account and progress storage), Google (Google account login, if you use it), Netlify (app and serverless hosting), Anthropic (AI model powering the "Coach" and character chats — your question content is sent there), Salesforce (if you connect your org), Plausible Analytics (anonymous statistics).
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA), under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework).
If you connect your free Salesforce Developer org, we store tokens used to verify your tasks. These tokens are never shown in the browser or shared. You can disconnect your org at any time in game settings, which deletes the stored tokens. We strongly recommend connecting only a free Developer org with test data, never a production org.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent (e.g. the Salesforce connection) at any time. Email contact@cloudconnected.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland: UODO). To delete your account and all data, email the same address.
The app uses technically necessary browser storage (localStorage for progress and login session). Plausible analytics uses no cookies and does not track you across sites.
The game is not directed at children under 16. If you are under that age, use it only with a parent/guardian's consent.
We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes in-app or by email.
