Usługa świadczona jest „tak jak jest" (as is). Możemy ją zmieniać, ograniczać lub zakończyć w dowolnym momencie. Dokładamy starań o ciągłość, ale nie gwarantujemy nieprzerwanego działania.
W maksymalnym zakresie dozwolonym prawem nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za szkody pośrednie ani za skutki działań podjętych przez Ciebie w Twoim orgu Salesforce na podstawie gry. Nie ogranicza to praw konsumenta wynikających z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów.
