Most "AI for CRM" tools I've seen had the same problem: they pulled your data out of Salesforce, sent it somewhere else, and asked you to trust them with it.

So I built the opposite.

AI Engine runs inside Salesforce. It uses your API key (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Azure OpenAI) through your own Named Credentials. Cloud Connected never sees your key or your data. The AI inherits your existing sharing rules and field-level security: if a rep can't see a field, neither can the AI. Admins choose the objects and fields the AI works with, and every action is logged. The full text of prompts and answers is never stored; the log keeps usage metadata and a short error message when a call fails.

Why me

My background is in high-volume transactional systems in the financial sector, including Western Union, where "close enough" isn't an option. Since then I've worked on Salesforce ISV development, AppExchange Security Review and enterprise integrations (SAP ↔ Salesforce). I'm also an MBA with an AI focus, which mostly means I can explain to your CFO why this is worth it.

How AI Engine gets built

I'm the developer behind it, so when you report a bug, you're talking to the person who fixes it. AI Engine is shaped by real deployments. One example is a European packaging manufacturer whose account managers now write visit reports by voice, in Dutch and French, from their phones, and get follow-up tasks generated automatically: a custom workflow we built for them on top of AI Engine.
