This page lists the main components the AI Engine package adds to your org, so you can recognise them in Setup, in permission sets and in sharing settings.
In your org, API names carry the package namespace prefix CloudConnected__, for example CloudConnected__AI_Score__c. To find the objects, go to Setup → Object Manager and search for "AI".
Custom objects#
| Object (label) | API name | What it holds | Who changes it |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Engine Profile | AI_Engine_Profile__c |
The Org Profile: provider, models, Named Credential name, playbook texts, PII settings, chat branding and PDF settings. One active profile applies to the org. | Admins, in the admin panel |
| AI Agent Config | AI_Agent_Config__c |
One record per object in Agent Objects: enabled fields, fields marked as PII, child objects, digest settings, Active flag. | Admins |
| AI EnginePrompt | AI_EnginePrompt__c |
Prompt templates: name, action key, template text, scope (Record or Global), available objects, Active flag. | Admins |
| AI Prompt Data Source | AI_Prompt_Data_Source__c |
Saved queries attached to a prompt template (child of the template; deleted with it). | Admins |
| AI Scoring Config | AI_Scoring_Config__c |
AI Scoring settings per object: triggers, schedule, filters, won/lost pattern, context fields, weights, instructions, output language, web verification. | Admins |
| AI PDF Template | AI_PDF_Template__c |
PDF templates: target object, sections, Active flag. | Admins |
| AI Activity Log | AI_Activity_Log__c |
One record per AI action: usage metadata plus a short error message when a call fails. See Activity log and auditing. | Written by AI Engine |
| AI Query Cache | AI_Query_Cache__c |
The query behind a chat answer, usable for 4 hours for Show all, export and column changes. Used only by the user who asked. | Written and cleaned up by AI Engine |
Users with the AI_Engine_User permission set can read the configuration objects but not change them. Users with AI_Engine_Admin can change them. AI Query Cache is not in either permission set; AI Engine reads and writes it itself. See Permissions and sharing.
Fields on Lead and Opportunity#
The package adds the same four fields to both objects. They are written by AI Scoring and shown by the AI Score card.
| Label | API name | Type | Content |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Score | AI_Score__c |
Number (3, 0) | Score from 0 to 100 |
| AI Score Label | AI_Score_Label__c |
Text (40) | Label, for example Hot, Warm or Cold, or your own labels |
| AI Score Reason | AI_Score_Reason__c |
Long text area | The written reason behind the score. The recommendation shown on the card is not stored |
| AI Score Date | AI_Score_Date__c |
Date/Time | When the score was last calculated |
Both packaged permission sets grant read and edit access to these fields. If you use your own permission sets or profiles, grant field-level security on these fields there too. Without it, users can't see the fields in reports, list views or page layouts. To show the fields on a record page, add them to the page layout.
Platform event#
AI Progress (AI_Progress__e) carries the live progress messages shown while the chat works, such as "Searching Opportunities" or "Writing the answer". Each message contains only the step name, an object label and a row count, not record data. Both packaged permission sets include access to it. If live progress is unavailable, for example because a user lacks this access, the chat shows generic progress labels instead.
Components and tab#
| Name in App Builder | Purpose | Can be placed on |
|---|---|---|
salesagent |
Sales Agent chat and actions bar | Record pages, utility bar, app pages, tabs |
aiScoreCard |
AI Score card | Record pages. App Builder offers it on any object, but it works only on Lead and Opportunity. |
Magic Snap (magicSnap) |
Photo to Lead, or Account and Contact | Tabs, app pages, Home, record pages |
aiActivityMonitor |
Activity Monitor dashboard | App pages, tabs |
aiagentadmin |
Admin panel | App pages, tabs |
The package also adds the Ai Agent Admin Setup tab, which opens the admin panel. The packaged permission sets don't set tab visibility, so make the tab visible to admins yourself, for example in their profile or permission set, or by adding it to an app.
