You can download the results of a Sales Agent answer to work with them in a spreadsheet. For a list of records, the export contains up to 10,000 matching records, not only the rows shown in the chat.
Export a table#
- Ask a question that returns a table. Answers shown as cards (one to five records) have no export buttons.
- Above the table, click CSV or Excel.
- While the file is prepared, the button shows .... The file then downloads through your browser.
The export runs your query again without the 200-row preview limit, so the file contains every matching record, up to 10,000 rows. See also Tables, cards and charts.
| Button | File | Notes |

| CSV | export.csv |
UTF-8, so accented characters open correctly in Excel and other spreadsheet tools. |
| Excel | export.xls |
A table in an Excel-compatible format. Excel may warn that the file format and extension do not match before it opens the file. |
Export a chart#
Above a chart:
- ⬇ PNG downloads the chart as an image, ready to paste into a presentation.
- ⬇ CSV downloads the numbers behind the chart.
Good to know#
- The export uses the same access rules as the chat. It has the same columns as the table, including changes you made with ⚙ Columns, and contains only records and fields you can see.
- Show all and the full export are available for four hours after the answer. After that, ask the question again. If the full export is not available, the file contains the rows currently shown in the table. Grouped results, such as the table under a chart, are always exported as shown.
- Values that start with
=,+,-or@are exported with a leading apostrophe, so spreadsheet programs treat them as text, not as formulas. - For more than 10,000 records, use a Salesforce report or list view instead.
