AI Engine can answer in many languages. How the language is chosen depends on what you do: chat answers follow your question, and actions follow the language selector.
Chat answers follow your question#
When you type a question in the chat, the answer comes back in the language of that question. Ask in Polish and you get Polish; ask in English and you get English. This works for English, Polish, German, French, Dutch, Spanish and other languages the AI model supports.
The language is decided by your current question only:
- The language of earlier messages in the conversation does not matter. You can switch language from one question to the next.
- The language of the record's data and of your company's playbook does not matter either. A question in English about a record with Polish notes gets an English answer.
- Field names, object names and record values are shown as they are stored in Salesforce, not translated.
Help mode works the same way: it answers in the language of your question. See Voice input, dark mode and Help mode.
Actions follow the language selector#
The selector at the right end of the actions bar sets the language of action results. The options are:
| Option | Language |
|---|---|
| π¬π§ EN | English (default) |
| π΅π± PL | Polish |
| π©πͺ DE | German |
| π«π· FR | French |
| π§πͺ NL | Dutch |
The selector applies to:
- βΆ Next Steps
- β Draft Email
- β Company News
- β Analyze Email, including the suggested reply
- π Meet Prep
- Custom and global actions from the β Actions menu
The selector starts on EN each time the Sales Agent loads. Set it before running an action.

Good to know#
- Answers in languages other than English are usually somewhat longer. If long action results in your language look cut off, tell your admin.
- PDFs use a standard font set. Some accented letters are written without accents, for example "Δ " as "a" and "ΓΌ" as "ue". See PDF documents.
